The Illawarra Society is offering people between the ages of 18 and 25 the opportunity to participate in an exchange to the UK or the USA for a period of 6 weeks. This will be partly sponsored by the Illawarra Cattle Society.
This exchange will run in conjunction with the Milking Shorthorn Society of the preferred destination. A full schedule will be arranged for the successful candidate.
Criteria for applicants –
• To be aged between 18 and 25.
• To be a junior member of the Illawarra Society, or have shown considerable interest in the Illawarra breed over the years, or to be in a family farming situation with Illawarra cattle.
• Applications to be in the hands of the Society by February 28th 2017.
Acceptance of any applicant is at the discretion of the committee.
