Victorian On Farm Challenge Success

The 2010 Red Cow On Farm Challenge run by the Victorian Branch of the Illawarra Society has been deemed a great success with a high number of entries being received in each class.

The overall champion of the Victorian Branch's Red Cow On Farm Challenge for 2010 was Ovensdale Pixie 78 owned by RN & RM Newton. Ovensdale Pixie 78 was successful in the 5 year old in milk class with the Newton's also having success in the Mature Cow with Ovensdale Scarlet 150.

The 2 year old in milk class was strongly supported having 41 entries.  Tony Hayes was the successful exhibitor with Llandovery WHT Jean.

Wallumlands Blush 4 owned by Terry & Ursula Tidcombe won the 4 year old in milk class, from 31 entries.

Judge, Ron Grahem, awarded Terry Kavenagh first place in the Commercial Cow class (any age) with Tralee Premier Charity and also Class 3, 3 year old in milk, with Tralee Redroo Princess.
