The Royal Adelaide Show is just around the corner to be held September 2nd to the 10th.

Two young exhibitors, Rupert Gazzola and Damien Doecke, recently attended the Brisbane Ekka as strappers to the Jondene Stud, and expressed confidence in their proposed Adelaide teams.

Queensland’s Matt Henry (Tara and White Park Studs, Hodgsonvale) will be travelling to Adelaide to compete in the National Young Judges Competition.

The Illawarra and Dairy program is:

Tuesday 6th 9.30am Illawarra Judging.
Tuesday 6th 3.30pm State Young Judges competition
Wednesday 7th 11.30am Interbreed Judging
Wednesday 7th 1.30pm National Young Judges Competition.
National Young Handlers Competition time TBA,
State Young Handlers Competition time TBA, possible 6pm.
Thursday 8th Dairy Day – 12noon children’s entertainment, 12.30pm Celebrity Milk-off.
