Eagle Park Illawarras was established in 2005 when Tim and Nat married. Natalie had the Eagle Park name for many years in the Holstein breed and Tim and Nat felt it was a perfect fit to call their Illawarra stud ‘Eagle Park’.
Tim and Nat milk 400 cows all year round with the herd being made up of Holsteins and Illawarras with a couple of Jerseys, Montbeliardes and an Ayrshire also in the mix. The farm is situated five minutes from the town of Nowra.
Llandovery Jinnys Empire has had the biggest impact on their short breeding career. Tim and Nat feel this bull breeds show heifers and milk winners with the best part being the animals are great herd cows.
Cows that have made an impact on the herd are Raybright Linda 470, Kangawarra Clarie 1545, Kangawarra Malda 2133 and Kangawarra Morgana.
