The 2012 Sydney Royal Show saw continued success for Kangawarra Sally 3093. The Intermediate Champion from 2011 went on to win the Senior Championship this year under Judge, Ian Mueller, Glenbrook, Murray Bridge, SA.

Owned and exhibited by Reg Cochrane Pastoral, Sally also won the senior Udder and Attachment and according to one observer, Lloyd Peters, was the cow to beat from the moment he walked into the sheds.

View Mount Little Patch 9 (Paul Ringland) won Reserve Champion with T & N Cochrane's Kangawarra Myrtle 3080 named Honourable Mention.

Paul Ringland's View Mount Poppy 39 won the champion's ribbon in the Intermediate classes over two of Tim & Natalie Cochrane's exhibits, Kangawarra Clarrie 3356 and Kangawarra Samantha 3197, in the Reserve and Honourable Mention positions respectively.

Jessica Achen and Brad Gavenlock continued their success with Eagle Park Monarch Malda 3527 taking out the Junior (previously Juvenile) championship over another two Eagle Park animals owned by Tim & Natalie Cochrane.  Eagle Park Llandover Gladys 3433 was named Reserve Champion and Eagle Park Llandover Clarrie 3576 Honourable Mention.

Lloyd Peters reports that the showing of thirty-six animals was of good quality with an excess of breed character across all classes.
