When the ICSA Queensland Branch made the decision a few months ago, to organise a stand-alone Illawarra Show at
Gatton Showgrounds on the 11 th September, there were a few doubters but it is safe to say that it was an outstanding
success with tremendous animals on display and wonderful financial support received from sponsors and members,
both past and present.
With 57 quality animals presented to Judge, Keith Dorries, he certainly had to put his thinking cap on but as usual did
a wonderful job.
Congratulations to the Henry family winning all three championships, Intermediate Best Udder, Pen of Three and
Most Successful Exhibitor, an indication of the depth of their team.
